 Support Center How to upload/publish links?
You can upload and publish your link pages via "Link Manager - Upload & Publish Links" as below.
First, you must upload Directory Page in order your directory pages is updated and link to other categoris link pages.
Then you can proceed to upload other categories link pages accordingly.
Directory Link page's URL was generated base on
[Domain Name] + [Template root directory] + [Pre-define link URL name] + ["Directory"] + [File extension]
Category link page's URL was generated base on
[Domain Name] + [Template root directory] + [Pre-define link URL name] + [Category] + [File extension]
e.g.
Domain Name = "http://www.qpsoft.net"
Template root directory = "/links/"
Pre-define link URL name = "resource_"
File extension = ".htm"
Category = "Business"
Complete directory page URL = "http://www.qpsoft.net/links/resource_Directory.htm"
Complete category page URL = "http://www.qpsoft.net/links/resource_Business.htm"
Why my upload fail?
You may get error message as below during publish your link pages. This may happen due to several reasons:
- Incorrect FPT login info.
- Unale access to your hosting server.
- Invalid setting in Configuration & Setting->Template Setting->FTP template path cause system unable to upload to correct location path.
